Terms of Business
The terms that apply when you buy a pilot, package or workshop from Ask Dave AI.
Last updated: [date to be confirmed on launch]
1. About These Terms
These terms apply to services provided by RAMCo Property Ltd, trading as Ask Dave AI (company number 11906139), "we" or "us", to business customers, "you". Our services are for businesses, not consumers. Your order form or proposal sets out exactly what we'll deliver, and it takes priority if it differs from these terms.
2. Our Services
We provide the free AI Scorecard, the Quick-Win Pilot, set-up packages with monthly care, and AI for Your Team workshops, as described on our website and in your proposal.
3. Prices and Payment
- Prices are fixed and in pounds sterling.
- Pilot and workshop fees are paid [in full when you book].
- Set-up fees are paid [50% when you order and 50% when the work goes live].
- Monthly fees are paid [monthly in advance by card or Direct Debit].
- Invoices are due within [14 days].
4. The Pilot Promise
If your Quick-Win Pilot automation isn't live within 7 days of the kick-off call, we'll refund the £495 pilot fee in full. The 7 days start once you've given us the access and information we need. If you order a package within 30 days of the pilot going live, the full £495 is credited against the set-up fee.
5. Monthly Care
Monthly care runs month to month. Either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice. Monthly fees include the tools we set up at normal levels of use. If your usage is unusually high (for example, very large numbers of calls or text messages), we'll agree any extra running costs with you in advance.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and timely access to the systems we need.
- Make sure you have the right to use any data you ask us to process, and that your own privacy notice covers it.
- Keep the AI disclosure we set up in place, so people know when they're talking to an AI.
- Follow PECR and UK GDPR for any marketing you send using the tools we set up.
7. AI Outputs
AI tools can make mistakes. You're responsible for checking important outputs before relying on them. Safety documents such as RAMS and method statements must always be reviewed and approved by a competent person. We don't give legal, financial, medical or safety advice.
8. Data Protection
Where we process personal data on your behalf, we'll do so under our data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.
9. Third-Party Tools
Some automations rely on third-party services (such as phone, email, booking or accounting software). Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for their outages or changes, although we'll help you work around them.
10. Intellectual Property
Once you've paid, you own the content and data in your automations. We keep ownership of our own templates, methods and know-how, and give you a licence to use them in your business.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to [the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim], and we're not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit.
12. Complaints and Law
If something isn't right, email hello@askdaveai.co.uk and we'll try to put it right quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
